A large Mekong Delta region is not only a rice basket but also a fruit base for the whole of VietNam. Come with us and you can be in the coconut jungle on a boat riding on small scissors waterways, find down about agriculture in the nursery garden, or relax on the floating market. You‘ll be amazed when you visit the forest and local life on water in the Mekong.
Travel 86 kilometers to Ben Tre from HCMC. Take a boat ride to the old brickiln to witness the locals creating bricks using the handy, traditional method. Stop by one of the farmer-run coconut processing workshops along the canal. Follow the natural scissors canals that appear progressively narrow as they extend to rural villages. Visit a family manufacturing sleep mats, have some tea and fruit, and strike up a conversation with the locals.
Enjoy the shaded route while riding a bike or tuk-tuk across vegetable plains and verdant rice farms.
Lunch in a local house. Return to the pier via boat and sampan.
Spend the night in a Ben Tre

Go on a journey. Have a look at the vast coconut jungle and Mekong River from the Ham Luong bridge. Stop at Cho Thom – the biggest coconut market in the delta. Witness several large handy workshops spreading 3km along the riverside, processing products from coconut (nut, fiber, oil, pulp…).
Continue to Cho Lach. Stop at Bonsai Garden and get into Vinh Bac Nursery and Flower Village which provides the most seedling trees for regions.
Lunch at a local house. Cross a large river by ferry boat. Come to Can Tho by getting over the biggest suspension bridge in the Delta.
Check in. Stay overnight in Can Tho

Depart for the Cai Rang floating market where locals buy and sell a variety of fruits and vegetables from boats of all sizes and which is the most original and bustling place in the region. Sellers tie their goods to a tall pole so that buyers can see from a distance what they are selling. Sit on the local trading boat, witness boasting activities in the market, and find out about local life in stilt houses along the river.
Lunch.
Continue the tour to visit the Tra Su cajeput forest, getting to the wild bird’s Sanctuary, cruising smoothly with small boats to discover the arrays of splendid canals deep into the forest, watching storks, cranes, and other tropical birds.
Check-in the hotel and relax. Stay overnight in Chau Doc

Visit the floating village and Champa village (An ethnic minority in Mekong).
