BOAT – Explore The Untouched Nature

The boat will take you along the Ben Tre River and drop you off at the first stop – My Long Market, the typical kind of wet market in the Mekong area. While wandering there, you can see the local products for sale such as fruits, fish, spices, etc. The interesting part is that you can try to bargain and buy some products.

After that, continuing to the Tai Phu Canal – a deserted and quiet countryside small river branch, on this route, you could catch the view of locals fishing, and their daily life on the water.

On the turn heading to Thuan Dien, you will visit the local house, and see how they make candies, jam, etc. from natural ingredients in their garden.

From Thuan Dien, you can take a bike or tuk-tuk to the local house, and chat with the people about life and their daily activities. Sip some tea, and contemplate their little, lovely garden. they can show you how to make rice paper by traditional method, and  if you are interested, you can try to do it yourself. For sure, this is one of the great experiences that you want to spend a page in your travel diary.

Next, you will step into a rowing boat, and glide on the water through the small, age-old water coconut canal for a sense of peace and relaxation.

Your final destination on this tour is a local restaurant (Optional). Let’s enjoy tasty local dishes, and have a little rest. Then,  go back to your drop-off point.
